Graftless Dental Implants
Dental Implants have become one of the most, if not the best successful dental procedure with long term success rates of over 90% routinely reported, However there has been little or no change in success rates over the last 20 years. Probably because many of the failures can be attributed to operator error or patient related factors. Neither lend themselves to significant improvement.

But this is not to say that improvements in implant dentistry have not been made, the greatest obstacle to simple, timely and cost effective dental implants is lack of available bone. Bone grafts have been traditionally been used to solve or mitigate this problem. However grafts have been expensive, time consuming and prone to poor results.

Over the last 2-3 years growth factors are beginning to emerge as very attractive alternatives to traditional bone grafts. The quality and quantity of bone formed is superior and poor results minimized. Unfortunatly the cost and time issues are not solved.

Dr. Kaiser has developed techniques over the past 30 years that address all of the problems presented by lack of bone, and keep the cost and time to a minimum. In many cases, from single implants to replacing all teeth, there are options which eliminate grafts all together.
